This course is designed for ministry and movement leaders who want to move beyond doing ministry themselves and learn how to equip, release, and multiply others.

You will begin with a challenging story from Nairobi, Kenya: a church established more than a century ago, yet still dependent on outside leadership. That story will invite you to look honestly at your own leadership and ask: Am I empowering others to lead, or am I unintentionally keeping them dependent?

This course will help you move from being a bottleneck to becoming the kind of leader who gives not only tasks, but also responsibility, authority, space, and encouragement to others.

By the end of this course, you will be better equipped to empower local disciples, key teammates, and emerging leaders from the beginning.

You will understand how Jesus empowered His disciples, how effective movement catalysts develop others, and how you can apply these principles in your own ministry context.

You will also create practical next steps for releasing responsibility, sharing authority, and developing others so they can grow into confident, Spirit-dependent leaders.
