Building the mindset, confidence, and practices that lead to multiplication
Description
Welcome to Making Your Discipling Reproducible
Many of us who follow Christ are committed to helping people grow as disciples. The deeper question is:
Are we helping them become disciple-makers who can multiply?
This course is about making that shift—from effective discipling to reproducible multiplication.
You’ll explore how your mindset, your expectations, and your everyday practices either enable or limit multiplication, and you’ll be invited to rethink some deeply held assumptions about what it takes for disciples to grow and multiply.
What You’ll Take Away:
By the end of this course, you will:
- Grow in confidence that God can work powerfully through ordinary people, including new disciples
- Understand the four dimensions of reproducible disciple-making: messenger, methods, materials, and message
- Evaluate your current ministry practices and identify what is—and is not—reproducible
- Simplify and adapt your approach so your disciples can pass on what they receive
Core Contents:
In this course, you will explore:
- Biblical principles of gospel transformation and multiplication, and how they work together for reproducible disciple-making.
- A disciple-making mindset that trusts God to work through all followers of Jesus, older and newer
- The kind of confidence in local disciples that leads to empowerment rather than control
- The four dimensions of reproducible disciple-making: messenger, methods, materials, and message
- How your lifestyle as the messenger can become visible, attractive, and reproducible
- How to simplify methods so local disciples can repeat them without depending on you
- How to create materials that are Bible-based, simple, and easy to pass on
